You all know the fortune is in the follow up! I mean why bother going to a mixer or networking event if you are never going to follow up? That doesn't make any sense. Think about your perfect client or your perfect customer. Who were they, want did they buy, how was your relationship with them, were they respectful of your time? Did they give you a great testimonial... I could go on and on... but you know when you have the great customer experience. I want you to write all of the attributes down... now those are your standards. See how easy that was:)
